It is the responsibility of the educator to seek out the vacant post that they wish to transfer to (from the adverts posted on this webpage) and engage with the principal & SGB expressing the desire to transfer and citing reasons thereof. The receiving principal & SGB then needs to accept the transfer by means of an acceptance letter. The educator then goes back to their principal & SGB and expresses their desire to transfer, also citing reasons and the current principal & SGB needs to release the official by means of a releasing letter as well. The educator then attaches the above letters with a letter written by themselves expressing their desire to transfer and the reasons thereof, a comprehensive CV with certified qualifications. Depending on where the educator is based, they submit these documents to the HRP unit in the district office. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EDUCATOR DOES NOT MOVE UNTIL APPROVAL IS GRANTED BY THE HOD/CHIEF DIRECTOR by means of a letter
